The Hand Lamp offers extreme robustness and reliability in harsh environments; the scratch- and shock-resistant lens is made of 6 mm toughened glass, and the housing and lens ring are molded from a highly flexible thermoplastic material to withstand drops and bumps caused by heavy industrial use, even at sub-zero temperatures.
The material is electrostatic, non-hazardous, ensures that there is no risk of dangerous accumulation of static charges, and the housing is sealed according to IP66, preventing dust ingress and sealing against water except under water.
