A distribution cabinet of type R3002 and R3004 is made of steel with Ex d flame-resistant protection type. The closure of the cabinet is threaded type and must be protected against opening with a lock key so that it can be opened only when it is not under tension. The units are protected against corrosion by painting inside and outside.
Ex d steel housings (types R3002 and R3004) and Ex e sheet steel housings (types R3003, R3005, R3006) can be used as single housings and combinations.
The dimensions of the enclosures are designed in such a way that they can be combined into a large modular unit. A large number of components such as contactors, switches, instruments and PLCs can be placed in these enclosures. Naturally, the equipment provided by the customer can also be included in the layout plan. The equipment layout is designed by us according to the customer's requirements. The cable inlet is direct (cable glands or channel inlets) or indirect via Ex e enclosures of type R3003, R3005, R3006.
